The office is situated in South Street, in one of the most prestigious buildings in Valletta. The big advantage of this office is that it is close to the car park which is situated on the bastions and clients, on arrival can leave their car keys for the parker to park the car/s. The office is in a very quiet area, yet close to all amenities – banking, Government agencies, restaurants/snack bars. The area is just under 200 sq. m. Office is consisting of: seven rooms, kitchenette, hall, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet; basin and a small box room. The largest of the rooms could be used as a board room which incorporates a small reception anti-room and a balcony overlooking South Street. The back rooms have large plate glass windows overlooking Valletta and the sea. All rooms retain traditional Maltese tiles. Two of the rooms have a fire-place each. Each room is independent or alternatively can be accessed via the hall. The rooms are wired for an internal central computer system. Four of the rooms have air-conditioning. The office has plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The office is situated on the first floor up a wide flight of stairs with only two other offices above.
