The farm is located in a beautiful rural setting surrounded by pine and fruit trees, in the middle of nature, an oasis of peace and quiet. Ideal for family holidays and guests who love to relax. The farm is located 5 minutes from the charming village of San Jose with its delicious restaurants such as the famous tapa bar el Destino and several supermarkets.

INTERIOR :
The villa has a large living room with a sitting area with a very original kitchen with an ancient olive press of the 18th century. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS :

There are 2 bedrooms in the main house with 1 bathroom, one of the bedrooms has 2 double beds.
Guesthouse with 2 bedrooms with individual beds and 1 bathroom.

EXTERIOR :
Beautiful sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers and lawn.
There is a covered terrace with a table and chairs and a chill-out area to enjoy the peace of this house.
