For the first year of rent, daily rent shall be at a 15% of turnover

Thereafter, daily rent at 100 excluding VAT per day or higher of 13% of turnover  – daily rent shall increase by 3% annually

Equipment shall be borne by the lessee – extraction hood is available in the stall

Common area management services or CAMS,   approximately €100 per day excluding VAT

Utilities as per providers prevailing rate according to usage

Marketing at 182 per square meter which is approximately € 4,884,880 annually excluding VAT

Point of sale system to be at the Lessee’s cost including purchasing and yearly license – yearly license and maintenance approximately €850 annually – Purchasing of equipment according to the equipment required and may confirm at a later stage
