Description

• Leased Area:                      Approximately 404.40 sqm (207.50 sqm indoor and 196.90 sqm outdoor)
• Rent:                                   € 200 per sqm per annum, exclusive of VAT
• Term:                                  12 years, divided into 4 “di fermo” periods.  Renewal of last “di fermo” period is at the landlord’s discretion
• CAM Charge:                     € 25 per sqm per annum, exclusive of VAT
• ADM Charge:                     € 300 per annum, exclusive of VAT
• Security Deposit:              € 20,220, equivalent to 3 months’ rent
• Utilities Deposit:               € 7,430, equivalent to 3 months’ bills
• Premium:                            € 100,000 excluding of VAT, payable € 50,000 + VAT upon signing of agreement, and 108 monthly instalments of € 575.85 + VAT (including 5% interest).
