New restaurant to let in Malta, situated in the heart of Rabat. The cellars consist of restrooms, functioning bar and storage spaces. Cellars are accessible from a separate door at street level. Cellars also includes the use of large underground shelters which would be ideal for any one that want to exploit their great potential (e.g. wine tasting, traditional culinary experience, lounge etc). This is separate floor space from the 140 sqm but it is included for use in price of rent. There is no premium.
