A new 1214 square metre Qormi office.  There is an external common area cost of €11 per sqm metre per annum towards the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the common areas of the Complex, including insurance costs, street lighting, standby generator, road cleaning, maintenance and the landscaping of the common areas of the complex.
